- Transactions not yet recorded in FolioTrax
- Differences in cost basis calculation methods

Cem Print and Marketing LLC does not guarantee any specific investment return, profit, or outcome through any of our applications. Any projections, simulations, or forecasts provided within our applications — including the Retirement Simulator, Dividend Forecast, Timeline projections, and Portfolio Health scores — are hypothetical in nature and are based on assumptions that may not materialize.

Cem Print and Marketing LLC applications are portfolio and financial tracking tools and do not hold any financial services license, registration, or authorization from any financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any equivalent international regulatory body.
FolioTrax does not facilitate the buying or selling of securities. It is not subject to the same regulatory requirements as licensed investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial institutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cem Print and Marketing LLC and its applications shall not be liable for:
